Stephen “Stevie P” Pacacha

Stephen Pacacha aka Stevie P received this nickname because it is a rarity that anyone can pronounce his last name properly. Stevie P is a Pittsburgh native who has been around the bartending scene for over 15 years. After a few years bartending at a few prominent establishments he found his home and it was with the service industry. In an effort to improve his skill set, he attended spirit seminars, distillery tours, receiving several certifications along the way. He began to meet many individuals that shared the same passion, however, one of those passions stood out. Stevie P met a mentor, and a great friend along the way by the name of Michael Mills. Michael, who was already a juggler began bartending with Stevie at “Barroom Pittsburgh”. This is where they decided to begin flair bartender training, and if you don’t know what that is, it is simply to entertain a guest with any and all objects behind the bar. If you still don’t know what flair is everyone references that wonderful movie by Tom Cruise “Cocktail”. After a year or two of training Stevie P and Michael began to brainstorm and decided to do private events. This is how Liquid Flair Entertainment was born and continues to thrive today. You can catch Stevie P all over the Pittsburgh area, however, they’re not limited to just this city. Liquid Flair has traveled all across the US, Texas, PA, Washington, Florida, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Las Vegas, California and many more just to offer the joy and passion of Flair Bartending. Mike “Rez” Resurreccion

FLAIR

Mike “Rez” Resurreccion is an Erie PA native who has over 14 years behind the wood grain. Mike has competed in multiple flair competitions all across the US and Canada. BTW in Ontario Canada Rez took 2nd place in the advanced division, In 2015 Rez competed at TFBC 6 in San Antonio to take 7th place in pro, and 6th place at TFBC 7 in 2016. Rez has made countless appearances at TGI Friday’s regional finals and Erie Bar Warz from 2015-2020. He has perfected his craft and now brings this talent to Liquid Flair Entertainment where we welcome him with open arms.

Brian “Ginge” Brubaker

FLAIR

Ginge is a Detroit Michigan Native who started out in a group called DGF Flair who catered to the downtown area of Michigan. Ginge has over 13 years experience tending and well over a few hundred private events notched into his belt. He brings a different dynamic to the team with his style and winning personality. Within minutes of being served each guest feels as though they have known him for a lifetime. Ginge has hosted ‘The Tin Roof’ competition in Detroit & Cincinnati. Being a long time advocate for TGI Fridays he has done charity event after charity event raising upwards of $45,217 for toys for tots, breast cancer awareness, and lymphoma. Ginge currently offers his services to Liquid Flair and we couldn’t be happier to have him.

Mikey “Flair” Mills

Liquid Flair Entertainment Co-Founder, Mikey “Flair” Mills, cut his bartending teeth at the local TGI Friday’s in Altoona, PA back in 2005. Since then, he consistently raised the bar (pun intended) in the greater Pittsburgh region with a raw hunger for competition, attention to detail, and a genuine love for classic cocktails.

Having transitioned into the nightlife and restaurant industry of Pittsburgh PA in 2008, Mikey has managed some of the area’s most cutting edge craft bars such as Embury, Meat & Potatoes, and Butcher in the Rye (James Beard award nominated for best bar program in 2013 and 2014).

During this time, Mikey also successfully qualified to compete on the national stages of DonQ’s Most Imaginative Bartender in 2012, the Nightclub and Bar Convention in Las Vegas in 2014, and Woodford Reserve’s Manhattan Experience 2015.

Now, Mikey continues to push the standard for hospitality and beverage catering with his expertise in cocktail development and flair performance through Liquid Flair Entertainment.
